It’s been identified that some customers may not have received their No Claims Bonus in line with what was advertised when they purchased their policy.
We’re contacting customers whose premium increased as a result of making a claim, when they should have had their No Claims Bonus benefit applied. We’ll be backdating the benefit and issuing any applicable refund for any overpaid premium. Please note that other factors could impact your premium at renewal, aside from the misapplication of the No Claims Bonus.
