We’ve identified that some customers may not have had their No Claims Bonus applied correctly to their current or previous AA Insurance Comprehensive Car insurance policy and are entitled to a refund. For customers where we don’t have their current bank account, we’re asking customers to upload these into a secure webform or call our team on 0800 080 841 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday or email customerservice@aainsurance.co.nz. If we call you about this refund the call will originate from +64 9 352 6800.
