We are strongly committed to supporting our customers as fairly and equitably as we can. It’s too early to say exactly what that looks like yet, however, we believe in doing the right thing by our customers and the communities we live in to ensure they remain protected.
Once we know more, we will be able to give more detail on how we intend to further support our car insurance customers via premium rebates. This is not something we’ve ever done before and we won’t know exact details until the lockdown period finishes and in July, after the end of our financial year, when we can clearly see the full impact of the situation.
