If your eligible policy has a renewal date between 16 April 2020 and 23 May 2020, we are currently reviewing your policy. In some cases, your renewal premium may have already reduced in comparison to last year’s premium. If, however, you are eligible for a premium freeze, we will be in touch in the coming weeks to confirm your new renewal premium.
If you have already paid your full renewal premium and are eligible for a premium freeze, we will be in touch to confirm your refund in the coming weeks.
This is not something we’ve ever done before and as you can imagine it is a huge administrative undertaking. We ask that all existing customers wait to hear from us to confirm details of their renewals while our teams are hard at work.
