The premium freeze was in place for policies renewing between 16th April and 10th August 2020.
As the New Zealand Government’s approach to the COVID-19 pandemic develops, so to may our approach to any temporary freeze on premiums, without notice. At this stage we are unable to confirm how long this freeze will last but we will continue to assess the impact of COVID-19, the lockdown and other restricted alert levels to our customers. These are unprecedented times, but we are determined to support our customers in any way we can.
