In addition, once we have a clearer picture of the impact of lockdown and the other restricted alert levels on our claim costs, we will begin looking at premium rebates for existing car insurance customers. We won’t know exact details until the lockdown period finishes and in July, after the end of our financial year, when we can clearly see the full impact of the situation. This is not something we’ve ever done before, but we are determined to support our customers through these times.
