Effective from 16 April 2020, we will be adjusting policies and applying a temporary ‘premium freeze’ as they come up for renewal. This means there’s nothing customers need to do.
We understand some customers will have policies that may have already renewed or will be renewing shortly. We will begin working through policies that have already renewed in the coming weeks and aim to confirm any applicable refunds with customers as they are determined.
This is not something we’ve ever done before and as you can imagine it is a huge administrative undertaking but, in the meantime, there is nothing you need to do.
