Over the next six months we will be making efforts to contact all people who have previously held AA Insurance policies and may have been eligible for these discounts but did not receive them. We will aim to arrange refunds, including compensation, within that time.
In some cases, we may not be able to arrange automatic refunds for customers who we haven’t spoken to in a while or who we don’t hold current contact details for. If this is the case, we may need those customers to provide us with additional information via a secure webform so we can verify their details and pay their refund to the correct account. We will be contacting customers via letter, email and/or text.
