The main policy contact is the primary person who will look after the administration of your policy. They are the policy holder who can create and access an online account through My AA Insurance.
Each of our insurance policies has a main policy contact. They were either specified as the main contact, or were the person who originally set up the policy.
If you’re the only person insured on your policy, you'll automatically be the main policy contact. If there's more than one person insured on your policy, you can identify the main policy contact on your policy schedule, under the section Who's Insured.
