You can choose to receive your policy documents to your email rather than by post and have text notifications to remind you for things such as renewal dates.
For your car, home, contents and landlord policies, you can do this by signing in to your My AA Insurance account.
- Select the policy you want to update from your policy list.
- Then select Update your policy from the top left menu.
- From here, go to the Contact preference and select Email. Please use a valid mobile number and email address where you want to receive the policy documents and policy related communications.
If you have more than one policy, you'll need to update each policy individually.
