You can view your car, home, contents and landlord policies in MyAA Insurance and make these changes:
General
- Update your contact details
- Update your contact preferences
- Update your marketing preferences
- Update your bank account or credit card details (if you pay by direct debit)
- Request a Policy Schedule or Certificate of Currency
- Renew your policies
- When you renew your policies you can also update your excess, payment frequency and any optional benefits, depending on your cover type.
Car
- Replace your car
- Update your listed drivers
- Update your registration
- Update your car location
- Update your car use
- Update the Agreed Value (for 'Comprehensive' and 'Third Party, Fire & Theft')
- Cancel your policy
Home
- Update your Sum Insured
- Cancel your policy
Contents
- Update your Sum Insured
- Update your Adjustable Event Limits
- Cancel your policy
Landlord
- Update the Sum Insured on your rental home
- Update the Sum Insured on your contents (if you have added this to your policy)
- Cancel your policy
Please note, if the change affects multiple policies you will need to change each policy separately.
