You can update your email, postal address and phone numbers, as well as your preferences in how you receive your policy related communications (including your policy schedules), through My AA Insurance. Simply select the ellipsis next to the policy you wish to update, then select 'Update my policy' and select 'Contact details'.
If you have more than one policy, you'll need to update each policy individually to ensure your details are correct.
