To find out if you’re already registered, first try logging in by entering your email address on the My AA Insurance login page.
After selecting ‘Continue’, you can then enter your password. If you don’t know the password you may have used, you can enter your mobile number. This is the mobile number that's associated with your policy.
If you don’t know your password or the mobile number associated with your policy, click Forgot your password? to reset your password and log in using your email address and new password.
If you don’t receive a password reset email, we’ll send you an invitation to register for My AA Insurance. If you’re still having trouble, simply contact us and our team will be happy to help.
