Please first check that your email address has been properly registered by entering your email address on the My AA Insurance login page.
After selecting ‘Continue’, you can then enter your password. If you don’t know the password you may have used, you can enter your mobile number. This is the mobile number that's associated with your policy.
If you don’t know your password or the mobile number associated with your policy, click Forgot your password? to reset your password and log in using your email address and new password.
Once logged in, you can access any of your car, home, contents or landlord policies and update mobile number. This will enable you to log in with the mobile number option in the future.
If you're still unable to log in after following these steps, it may be that you haven’t registered, or we don’t recognise your email address. If this is the case, we may have sent you an invitation to register. If you’re still having trouble, simply contact us and our team will be happy to help.
