If you're logged in to My AA Insurance, you can use the Change password link which you'll find on the top right of every page.
If you're not logged in, simply enter the email address you’ve registered with on My AA Insurance login page, click the Forgot your password? to reset your password and log in using your email address and new password. We'll send you an email to reset your password. This will only work if you have previously registered.
