Annual premium payment
While we don't automatically generate receipts for premium payments, we're happy to arrange this for you on request. Simply contact us to arrange a receipt for an annual payment.
Direct debit payments
We're unable to provide receipts for fortnightly or monthly direct debit payments. However, our GST number is noted on your policy schedule and renewal documents and these are provided as an official tax invoice.
To request a receipt for your excess payment, you'll need to contact our claims team. You can do this by calling us on 0800 500 216 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, using your claim number in the subject line.
