Yes - your AA Home Response subscription is based on the property that's insured, not an individual. This means that tenants can use the service, however as a landlord you will need to authorise them to do so. You can arrange this by contacting us.
The AA Home Response subscription is a pay-per-call out subscription where you pay upfront for any emergency callouts and so you or your tenant would need to arrange payment. You'll be informed of the callout cost prior to finding a tradesperson to assist you. You can find the hourly rates for your region on the AA website.
AA Home services are provided by the AA or its service providers, not by AA Insurance.
