AA Home services are provided by the AA or its service providers, not by AA Insurance.
AA Home Response covers 10 common household incidents subject to service exceptions. Examples may include:
- A damaged roof, gutter or downpipe causing an internal leak
- A blocked toilet, pipe or drain
- A burst tap or showerhead
- A burst pipe
- A broken or burst hot water system
- A broken air conditioning unit or heating system
- A blackout or power failure in the house
- Being locked out of the house
- A broken door
- A gas leak
Service exceptions include natural hazards, major structural damage and repairs requiring specialist brand knowledge, equipment or components. For a full description of service inclusions and exclusions please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
The AA Home Response subscription is a pay-per-call out subscription where you pay upfront for any emergency callouts. You'll be informed of the callout cost prior to finding a tradesperson to assist you. You can find the hourly rates for your region on the AA website.
