Any home or property insured with us (in the available areas) will receive AA Home Response, regardless of how it's occupied. The cover is based on the insured address.
The AA Home Response subscription is a pay-per-call out subscription where you pay upfront for any emergency callouts and so you or your tenant would need to arrange payment. You'll be informed of the callout cost prior to finding a tradesperson to assist you. You can find the hourly rates for your region on the AA website.
AA Home services are provided by the AA or its service providers, not by AA Insurance.
