We're able to assist you in Mandarin with the assistance of a translation service. This service is only available between 9am to 4pm Monday - Friday. It's important to be aware that future availability of these services is not guaranteed. To get started, please call us on 0800 500 213.
If you or someone you know needs assistance in another language or outside of the hours noted above, there's a few ways we can help:
-
Call us when you're with a friend or family member who can translate on your behalf.
-
You can add an authorised individual to act on your behalf. This means they can contact us even when you're not with them.
-
If you're not confident speaking with us over the phone, we're also happy to assist you through Live Chat or email.
It's important to note that our documents and written communications are only available in English at this time.
