You can email us details of the items you forgot to add when lodging your claim to myclaim@aainsurance.co.nz, noting your claim number in the subject line. Your claim number is generated once you’ve lodged your claim with us, and will need to be used as a reference for every query related to that claim.
Alternatively, you can call our claims team on 0800 500 216 and they'll be able to help note any forgotten items on file.
