If your policy is paid by direct debit instalments, these will continue to be debited while we get your claim sorted so that we can ensure your cover remains in place. This means that if any new events happen while your claim is open, we’ll be able to help.
By keeping your cover active, you’ll continue to receive the following cover:
- Our policies include cover for your legal liability, meaning we’re able to cover up to $2 million for your legal liability for damage to other people’s property.
- We’ll continue to cover any undamaged parts of your home or vehicle, in case of any accidental or unforeseen damage or loss.
- Your home or landlord insurance policy includes a Natural Hazards Insurance (NHI) levy, which covers land damage at your property. You can find out more about how Natural Hazard Cover works here.
