If damage has occurred to your home as a result of a natural hazard event, simply complete our online claim form to start your claim and select ‘Weather and other events'. Once you’ve reported your claim online, someone from our team will get in touch within two working days, if not sooner. This may take longer for claims made over the weekend, on a public holiday, or during a high-demand weather event.
