Morgan Project Services (MPS) have been employed by AA Insurance to project manage some of our major weather event claims from start to finish. If MPS has been assigned to your claim, they will assign a Project Manager for the duration of your claim. Your MPS Project Manager will not make decisions on your claim, they will however work with you on creating a scope of works, arranging any required reports, assessments and looking after the repair process.
We’ll also assign a Customer Manager from AA Insurance who will work alongside your MPS Project Manager to ensure your claim progresses. Your MPS Project Manager will keep your AA Insurance Customer Manager updated on key milestones such as your scope of works being completed, or your repairs being started. Your AA Insurance Customer Manager will be your key contact for any queries related to your policy and cover, such as temporary accommodation.
MPS will submit all required assessments and reports to AA Insurance once completed. We will then review and finalise the details of your claim.
