We will usually need information such as the make, model and brand of the item/s you're claiming on, but if you don't have those details handy, you will still be able to start your claim online. Just enter as much information as you can and your Customer Manager will get in touch within two working days, if not sooner. This may take longer for claims made over the weekend, on a public holiday, or during a high-demand weather event.
