You can choose to pay for your policy premium on a fortnightly, monthly or annual basis.
If you'd like to pay by direct debit, you can set up fortnightly, monthly or an annual instalment. An annual instalment can be useful in ensuring your policy renews automatically. Fortnightly or monthly instalments are helpful in spreading the cost of your insurance across the year. It's important to be aware that you'll pay less if you choose to pay annually. If you'd like to set up a direct debit from a credit or debit card, please call us on 0800 500 213. Alternatively, if you'd like to set this up from a bank account, our live chat and email team would be happy to help get this sorted.
If you choose to pay for your policy annually and without a direct debit, you can use:
- Credit or debit card: go to aainsurance.co.nz/pay or phone 0800 500 213
- Internet banking: search for AA Insurance - Premium as the Bill Payee, then follow the instructions provided by your bank to complete the payment detail fields, such as the particulars. This information allows us to track your payment and apply it to your policy.
- AA Centres: Search for an AA Centre near you, where you can pay your premium in person.
