We can't postpone your renewal, or suspend your cover, sorry.
If you're currently paying for your policy on an annual basis and are unable to pay your premium in full, you could look at setting up a fortnightly or monthly direct debit to help manage your premium. You can change back to paying your premium in full in the future, if you prefer this payment frequency. To change your payment frequency, you will need to contact us. It's important to note that your payment choice impacts your premium, and you pay less if you choose to pay annually.
While we're unable to suspend your policy, we're happy to help review your policy to reduce your cover (if applicable) so that you can retain some insurance protection. If, however, you don't need cover for a certain period of time, you can arrange the cancellation of your policy. Please do keep in mind that you'd need to set up a new policy when you're ready to start your cover again, and we would be unable to provide any cover for the period between active policies.
