Your customer PRN (Payment Reference Number) can be found on your policy schedule, under the Payment information section. This number always starts with 20, followed by ten unique numbers.

If you have a personal car, home, contents or landlord policy, you no longer need to use a customer PRN. Simply use your policy number when making payments via internet banking.
